2025-02-16 Engagement photoshoot in snowy downtown Toronto

After living in Montenegro for 10 years, we only saw snow when we drove three hours north into the mountains during winter. In fact, in 2023, there was no snow at all.

Since moving to Canada, we can’t get enough of it! We had been waiting for a good snowfall to capture Toronto covered in snow, and finally, the moment came!

Yesterday wasn’t just snow—it was a blizzard that buried the entire city and most of Ontario!

We wrapped our cameras in plastic to make them more weatherproof, coordinated with a couple, and headed to downtown Toronto for a winter photoshoot.

2025-02-12 Snowstorm in Toronto

Today, Toronto was completely covered in snow. But that didn’t stop me—I’m not someone who would miss the chance to capture amazing photos of a snow-covered city!

According to the forecast, the snowstorm will last until 6 AM the next day. I wandered around downtown near Eaton Centre for about three hours before finally getting too cold and heading home.

I don’t know how many more snowy days we’ll get in Toronto this season, but I’m glad I didn’t miss this one!

2025-02-12 New post in instagram

Toronto has so many beautiful locations to offer for a photoshoot, but it's always important to choose a spot that truly speaks to you. Trinity College in the fall never fails to take my breath away, with its stunning architecture and the most perfect light. I could stay there for hours and still find new angles to fall in love with!
